The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in plumbing systems and be able to work efficiently in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret schematics. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as HVAC technicians and electricians as needed. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems. Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations. Experience with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to build and remodel plumbing installations effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing tasks. Capability to read and understand schematics for efficient installation.
