Monday-Friday, with additional hours as project or service needs require Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join a growing team in Gillette, Wyoming. This position is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who can independently perform, oversee, and troubleshoot complex plumbing work while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and code compliance. The Master Plumber will perform and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and system troubleshooting across commercial and/or residential projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the experience necessary to ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans Ensure plumbing work complies with applicable local, state, and national plumbing codes Perform and oversee rough-in, finish plumbing, piping, fixture installation, and system testing Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and code compliance Provide technical guidance and direction to plumbers, apprentices, and other field personnel as needed Coordinate plumbing activities with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and other trades Identify material, equipment, and labor requirements for assigned work Maintain accurate documentation related to completed work, materials, inspections, and service activities Troubleshoot complex plumbing and piping system issues Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas in safe working condition Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, inspectors, and team members Required Qualifications Valid Master Plumber license , or ability to meet applicable Wyoming licensing requirements Extensive professional plumbing experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, troubleshooting, and repair Thorough understanding of applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with plumbing and construction work Ability to work onsite in Gillette, WY Preferred Qualifications Commercial or industrial plumbing experience Previous experience supervising plumbers or apprentices Experience working on new construction and renovation projects Experience coordinating inspections and working with local authorities having jurisdiction OSHA safety training or other applicable construction safety certifications What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team environment Benefits package available to eligible employees Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
