This position works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Our experienced apprentice teams are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options for their homes. Understand your profitability criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding profitability goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Work alongside production team members to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
