You'll serve as the on-site expert, balancing technical precision with outstanding customer communication. Core Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, equipment failures) with accuracy and efficiency. Perform scheduled maintenance and detailed system inspections to maximize reliability. Install new systems and fixtures in compliance with state and local plumbing codes. Deliver excellent customer care—explain findings, offer options, and resolve concerns. Maintain thorough job records, including labor time, materials, and scope of work. Collaborate with dispatch, parts, and fellow technicians to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Adhere to and continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards. Qualifications & Licensure High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training beneficial. Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience. Active New Hampshire plumbing license or certification. Demonstrated proficiency with plumbing diagnostics, tools, and safe work practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
