Licensed Residential New Construction Plumber Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No On-Call | Company Vehicle | Paid Weekly Build Something You're Proud Of LHR Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed Residential New Construction Plumber to join our team. This is not a service-plumbing position. We're looking for a plumber who knows residential new construction and can take ownership of a project from underground and rough-in through finish and final inspection. If you know how to walk into a new home, read the plans, lay out the plumbing system, rough the house correctly, prepare for inspection, and finish the project with quality workmanship—we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing You'll work primarily on residential new construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

Lay out complete residential plumbing systems Underground plumbing and groundwork Rough residential homes Install domestic water piping Install gas piping Install tubs, showers, valves, and rough plumbing components Install water heaters and related equipment Set and connect plumbing fixtures during finish Pressure test plumbing and gas systems Prepare projects for plumbing and gas inspections Coordinate with builders, project managers, inspectors, and other trades Maintain clean and organized jobsites Take ownership of projects from start through completion Who We're Looking For We're not simply looking for someone who has worked around new construction. We're looking for a plumber who knows how to build a plumbing system. The right candidate should be able to walk onto a project, understand what needs to happen, and confidently move the job forward. Qualifications Valid plumbing license Gas license or applicable gas piping experience 5+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong residential new construction experience Experience roughing complete houses Ability to work independently Ability to work effectively with apprentices and other trades Valid driver's license with a good driving record Dependable and professional Ability to pass applicable background and drug screening requirements Why Join LHR?
