You diagnose the issue quickly, explain the plan in plain language, complete a precise repair to code, and leave a relieved homeowner with clear next steps and immaculate paperwork. By afternoon, you're performing a scheduled maintenance check, spotting a small issue before it becomes a big problem. That blend of detective work, craftsmanship, and customer care is what this role is all about. What You'll Tackle Pinpoint and resolve problems across residential plumbing systems and fixtures—leaks, clogs, and malfunctions included. Complete routine maintenance and inspections to keep systems running at peak performance. Install new piping, fixtures, and related components in line with New Hampshire codes and local regulations. Set clear expectations with customers, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy. Document every job accurately—work performed, materials used, and time on site. Coordinate with teammates to streamline scheduling, parts, and quality control. Stay current with new techniques, tools, and safety practices in the trade. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. 3+ years of service experience in plumbing. Current New Hampshire plumbing license or certification. Hands-on expertise with plumbing systems, tools, diagnostics, and safety protocols. Sharp troubleshooting ability and strong attention to detail. Comfort working solo in the field and collaboratively with a team. Clear communication and a customer-first mindset. Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends when needed.
