Compensation Breakdown:
Hourly rate $30- 45 per hour 3%
- 5% Commission on all revenue generated 1% HVAC replacement referral to our HVAC division Spiff

Minimum 5-7 years of residential plumbing service/journeyman experience preferred Strong residential service background required Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable diagnosing, quoting, and completing jobs professionally and efficiently Proven ability to manage service calls from start to finish Leadership or mentoring experience is considered a major plus Experience with residential plumbing, sewer/drain systems, water heaters, gas piping, excavation, water treatment systems, and boiler/hydronic heating systems, including diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, installations, and controls. Professional, accountable, and customer-focused, with strong communication, troubleshooting, adaptability, and pride in high-quality work and job ownership.Position Summary:

Residential plumbing service and repair Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics Water heaters and tankless systems Leak detection and repair Fixture replacements and plumbing repairs Recipes and system upgrades Main sewer line repairs and replacements Main water service line repairs and replacements Excavation work and underground piping repairs Sewer camera inspections Water treatment systems Water softeners and filtration systems Sump pumps and ejector pumps Gas piping Residential plumbing maintenance services Diagnose plumbing issues and provide homeowners with clear repair solutions Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain accurate job documentation and communication with dispatch Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options professionally and ethically Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and work areasPay:
$150,000.00- $170,000.
