We pride ourselves on providing honest service, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer care. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary The Plumbing Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while representing our company with integrity. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogged drains, fixtures, water heaters, sewer lines, and piping systems Perform drain cleaning and sewer services Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and related equipment Conduct plumbing inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades Explain repair options and pricing clearly to customers Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety standards Participate in occasional on-call rotations and emergency service calls Qualifications 2+ years of plumbing service experience preferred Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions Experience with drain cleaning and sewer equipment is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + commission Overtime opportunities Company vehicle Health Benefits including Medical and Dental Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Steady year-round work 401(k) retirement plan A-General may conduct preemployment background check, subject to applicable law
