Your Day-to-Day:

Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances Perform plumbing inspections and ensure systems meet local codes and regulations Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear, effective solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, repairs, and options Educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions Support company goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and recommending upgrades when appropriate Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

What You Bring:

3+ years of residential plumbing service experience Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is a plus Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and integrity A competitive drive and desire to succeed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Some sales experience preferred
