Responsibilities:

Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary Documents work by completing paperwork on each job Provides technical support to customers Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units Train and mentor apprentices as needed Participate actively in trainings and meetings Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals Commit to high standards of ethics, honesty and integrity Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Requirements:

2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience Ability to lift over 50lbs. Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade.
