Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, construction, and related fields. This role involves working on various plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and meets industry standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, and fittings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes. Collaborate with other construction professionals on job sites to coordinate plumbing work with other trades. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing problems effectively. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for the installation of plumbing equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Experience with HVAC systems is beneficial.
