Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently. Perform drain cleaning, pipe replacement, water system troubleshooting, and plumbing system inspections with precision. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation or repair projects accurately. Conduct remodeling projects or handyman tasks related to plumbing or carpentry work on-site. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, including heavy lifting protocols and HVAC considerations when applicable. Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed and provide excellent customer service throughout each project. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with construction site experience including remodeling projects and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and construction equipment confidently. Knowledge of local building codes, water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance best practices. Valid driver's license with experience operating a commercial vehicle; clean driving record preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interpret technical information clearly for clients or team members.
