$28.00-$38.00 per hour (DOE) About the Opportunity A well-established commercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join its growing service team in the Albuquerque area. This position focuses on commercial plumbing service, repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Technicians work independently, traveling directly from home to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle. This is a Monday-Friday position with occasional emergency service responsibilities. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems. Install, repair, and replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters. Service sanitary waste, vent, and domestic water piping systems. Inspect, diagnose, and repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, and lift stations. Troubleshoot pumps, valves, fixtures, and DWV systems. Clear drain blockages using drain machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer cameras. Complete service reports and documentation after each job. Provide professional customer service while communicating repair recommendations. Work safely and efficiently while maintaining company vehicles and equipment. Collaborate with team members as needed to complete service work. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of recent commercial plumbing service experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience servicing commercial plumbing systems and equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
