We're hiring a licensed Journeyman Plumber with commercial experience to run new construction, tenant improvement, and commercial service work start to finish. What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain commercial waste, vent, domestic water, gas, and roof drainage systems Run jobs from underground rough-in through above-ground rough, top-out, and finish Work from blueprints, isometrics, and submittals Set and trim fixtures, water heaters, backflow devices, and commercial equipment Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades on active job sites Pull material lists and stage jobs ahead of the crew Direct and mentor apprentices on site Keep dispatch and the office updated on job status and any issues Represent MGP professionally on job sites and in customers' businesses What We're Looking For Current New Mexico Journeyman Plumber license Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience Able to read commercial blueprints and specs Experience with cast iron, copper, PEX, PVC, CPVC, and press systems Valid NM driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in trenches, crawlspaces, and on rooftops Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently Nice to Have Medical gas certification Backflow prevention certification ServiceTitan familiarity Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay:

$34.19 - $41.18 per hour
