We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber / Lead Service Technician who takes pride in their craft, treats customers with respect, and wants to help build something great. We're not a large corporate shop. We believe in doing the job right the first time, standing behind our work, and giving our employees the freedom to do their jobs without unnecessary micromanagement. Responsibilities Residential plumbing service and installations Water heater installations Gas piping Drain repairs Fixture replacements Remodels Light commercial plumbing Read and interpret blueprints (highly preferred) HVAC experience is a plus but not required Qualifications Current New Mexico Journeyman Plumbing License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites Ability to work independently and troubleshoot plumbing systems Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to mentor and lead an apprentice is a plus Must own basic hand tools and basic power tools required to perform day-to-day plumbing work. Northern Mechanical provides all large specialty equipment and major job-site tools.
