What We Offer Competitive pay structure Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance & 401(k) Paid holidays Paid vacation & sick time Flexible schedules Career development and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, locally owned company What You'll Do As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will: Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems Perform estimates for repairs, replacements, and other plumbing services Identify opportunities to recommend plumbing solutions based on customer needs Communicate professionally with customers and keep them informed throughout the job Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow company best practices and safety procedures Help develop and improve plumbing department SOPs Order materials and supplies as needed Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork Schedule repairs and coordinate materials, contractors, and job requirements Address customer questions and concerns professionally Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience Proven ability to perform plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and sales Valid driver's license Clean MVR for the past 39 months Strong customer service and communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Willingness to follow best practices and contribute to department growth HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Why Semper Fi?
