Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Requirements:

The job of a plumbing installer is to work closely with installation specialists and installation helpers, as well as on their own, to complete all potential plumbing projects in a professional, safe, and high-quality manner. 5+ years of residential plumbing install experience Experience in commercial plumbing is a plus Excellent customer service experience At least one year in sales is preferred Possess basic hand tools Proficient in soldering and with press tools Proficient in drain work using snakes and jetters Code book knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

Arrive, on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to work Completing installations at or above the quality required by BEST Provide guidance to installation helpers and installation specialists while working together on projects Have a full understanding of ServiceTitan (or be trainable) and be able to train other team members on its use Keep an orderly and stocked work vehicle Follow all BEST processes and procedures Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Must have a valid driver's license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
