Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to start a new plumbing company. This is your opportunity to own a piece of a new plumbing company. You will lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety standards. Your expertise will drive efficient project execution, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, including pipe fitting, pipe threading, and fixture installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of plumbing systems. Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work, including materials and labor, to support project budgeting. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines safely and effectively. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within overall construction plans. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installation or remodeling projects while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Support field service activities by diagnosing problems quickly and providing effective solutions for ongoing maintenance or emergency repairs. Qualifications Valid state-issued Master Plumber license with relevant certifications demonstrating advanced plumbing expertise. Extensive experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and basic math skills for precise measurements. Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols; physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
