Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal in residential and commercial properties Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages and restore proper flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and team members to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques for various plumbing tasks Collaborate with construction teams during remodeling or new construction projects to ensure plumbing systems meet specifications and codes Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment on construction sites while maintaining safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial settings Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and maintenance procedures Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and handyman tasks related to plumbing projects Experience with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics and troubleshooting Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for accurate project execution Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools, hand tools, and construction site equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Knowledge of local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in a safe manner for commercial driving purposes Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately and calculating project requirements Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards Construction site experience including remodeling projects or new builds enhances your adaptability in this role Join us as a Plumber Technician if you're eager to apply your construction expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact the comfort and safety of our customers.
