Plumbing Service Technician (Residential and Commercial)

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing all plumbing systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from small repairs to large-scale remodeling. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues using schematics, blueprints, and mechanical knowledge to determine the best course of action. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, utilizing hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements efficiently. Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC integration or remodeling tasks to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and service reports. Draft quotes and invoices using Jobber software from your phone or PC Experience Minimum of 5 years (preferred) of proven experience in service plumbing or related fields with a solid understanding of plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, pipe threading, welding techniques, and mechanical knowledge. Knowledge of HVAC systems as it relates to plumbing integration is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery safely and effectively. Valid drivers license with no infractions within the last 5 years Drive large company vehicle in all driving situations with patience and compliance. Strong, basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations and repairs.

Pay:

$80,000.00
