Responsibilities include:

Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspections Clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized tools Diagnose drain and sewer system issues accurately Repair and replace drainage components as needed Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Document work performed using ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of residential drain service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipment ServiceTitan experience preferred Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customers Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Physical Requirements This position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow.
