We're growing, and we're looking for a Service Technician to join our team. About the Role This is a hands-on job for a natural problem-solver. Every clogged drain and sewer backup is a puzzle — you'll figure out what's wrong, choose the right tool for the job, and leave the customer better off than you found them. Plumbing experience is NOT required. If you're mechanically inclined, good with your hands, and willing to learn, we'll train you on everything else. Experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, or a related trade is a plus and will be reflected in your starting pay. What You'll Do Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain and sewer blockages using cables, augers, hydro-jetting equipment, and drain cameras Perform sewer and drain inspections and explain findings to customers in plain language Assist with sewer repairs and related plumbing service work Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized Provide friendly, professional service that earns 5-star reviews and repeat customers Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency calls (evenings/weekends) What We're Looking For A problem-solver who likes working with their hands and figuring things outPay & Benefits $22-$30/hour based on experience, with room to grow as you build skills Company vehicle and all tools/equipment provided Paid time off and paid holidays Health insurance Retirement plan Paid on-the-job training — learn a skilled trade with real earning potential Overtime opportunities through on-call/emergency work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Rotating on-call for after-hours and weekend emergencies Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Good communication skills — you'll be the face of our company in customers' homes Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 75 lbs, working in crawl spaces and basements, and working outdoors in all seasons Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bonus (not required): experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, HVAC, construction, or another skilled trade Ready to start a career, not just a job?
