Job Summary:
WorryFree Home Services is seeking an elite Journeyman Plumber. We are the top property protection service in Buffalo, and we maintain that position by hiring technicians who refuse to compromise on quality. You will be responsible for executing complex residential and commercial projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring every job site reflects our standard of excellence.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Elite Execution:
  • Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems (PEX, Copper, PVC, Drainage) to code with 100% accuracy.
  • Property Protection:
  • Implement full property protection protocols on every call; leave every site cleaner than you found it.
  • Leadership:
  • Direct and mentor Junior Plumbers/Apprentices to ensure team efficiency and skill growth.
  • Client Management:
  • Provide clear, professional explanations of issues and solutions to homeowners and property managers.
  • Documentation:
  • Log all materials, labor, and job notes accurately via our digital tracking system.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Licensure:
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Erie County/Niagara Falls jurisdictions preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of professional plumbing experience in service or new construction.
  • Technical Mastery:
  • Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Reliability:
  • Clean driving record and a history of punctuality and consistent performance.
