Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to remodeling initiatives, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques. Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly while adhering to safety standards and building codes. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with construction teams including carpenters and HVAC specialists to coordinate work seamlessly on-site. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing problems quickly and effectively during installation or repair phases. Lift heavy materials safely while following proper ergonomic practices; assist with remodeling and handyman tasks as needed. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction plumbing practices. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, installation of fixtures, and use of various hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
