We are growing our team and are looking for a dedicated and skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join us in performing residential and light commercial work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong plumbing background and be proficient in various hands-on tasks like sink installation, pipe fitting, drain cleaning / unclogging, sewer line repair, hot water heater installation, toilet repairs and installation, etc. This role involves working with schematics, performing maintenance, and executing repairs on a variety of systems and equipment. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during service tasks. Perform pipe threading and other plumbing-related duties as needed. Engage in heavy lifting to transport materials and equipment safely. Apply carpentry skills for repairs, installations, or modifications as required. Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship throughout the process. Use hand tools effectively to build or repair structures and systems. Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Operate commercial vehicles for transportation of materials or equipment when necessary. Experience Proven experience in a technical service role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read blueprints is preferred. Basic math skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with pipe threading, heavy lifting, carpentry, remodeling, and hand tools is highly desirable. A valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
