Join the #1 plumbing company in the Alliance area! Alliance Drain & Plumbing is growing! As we continue adding new services and serving more customers. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career. As a Plumber Helper, you'll work alongside our experienced plumbers, learning the trade through hands-on training every day. Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to eventually run your own service truck and become a successful Plumbing Technician. Responsibilities Learn plumbing service, repair, and installation by working alongside our experienced plumbers. Assist in assessing plumbing problems and repairs quickly and effectively. Communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle. Perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging, and climbing ladders. Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no major violations or current suspension). Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding work. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required . We will train the right person. Schedule Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
