The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing installations and repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Installation of plumbing on new residential construction from the ground up. Read and interpret plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and ensure proper fitting of pipes. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Handle heavy lifting when required for installation or removal of plumbing fixtures. Qualifications Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Experience with pipe threading techniques is preferred. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
