Job Description:

Evergreen Plumbing & Drains is looking for an experienced Drain Technician to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is confident running drain calls, knows their way around the proper equipment, and takes pride in doing the job right. This is not an apprentice role. We need someone with real drain cleaning experience who can handle residential service calls professionally and deliver a great customer experience. The right person will have experience operating main line drain machines, toilet augers, and branch line machines and be comfortable working independently in customers' homes. We also want someone who understands that a drain call is not just about clearing a line. It is also about spotting bigger issues, educating the homeowner, and turning opportunities over to a manager when needed. We are looking for somebody who is motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to grow . Responsibilities Run residential drain cleaning and drain service calls Operate main line drain machines, toilet augers, and branch line machines safely and effectively Diagnose drain issues and explain findings clearly to homeowners Deliver a professional, clean, and friendly customer experience Identify potential larger repairs or replacement opportunities and turn leads over to management Keep truck, tools, and equipment clean, stocked, and organized Document work performed and communicate clearly with office staff and management Follow company procedures and safety standards Represent Evergreen Plumbing & Drains professionally in the field Qualifications Previous drain cleaning or drain technician experience required Must be experienced with: Main line drain machines Toilet augers Branch line machines Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in residential homes Able to identify opportunities and turn over leads to a manager Motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work in tight spaces, crawl spaces, and other drain-related environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential service plumbing or drain service Camera inspection experience is a plus Experience educating customers on repair or replacement options Familiarity with service software such as ServiceTitan is a plus Why Work With Evergreen Plumbing & Drains?
