Full-Time (Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm)

What You Will Be Doing:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential water, sewer, and gas systems Diagnose and offer solutions for plumbing issues with accuracy and professionalism Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on options of repair or upgrade Collaborate with apprentices/helpers and help coach them in the field Ensure all work meets local plumbing code and manufacturer specs Document work through field service software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Keep your truck organized and properly stocked Respect customers' homes by working clean and communicating professionally
Who We Are Looking For:
Licensed Journeyman Plumber (or highly experienced apprentice working toward license) Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing service and installation Familiar with water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping systems, sewer/storm systems Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record; State OK CIB Plumber License Strong communicator who enjoys working with both customers and team members Willingness to train, grow and step into a leadership role over time
