Full job description Residential Plumber Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Plumber to join our team. If you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems correctly the first time, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, we'd love to hear from you. As a valued member of our team, you'll work on residential plumbing systems while helping us continue to provide outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities Service, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing components Diagnose and repair water leaks, drain stoppages, sewer issues, and other residential plumbing problems Complete service calls efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on customer satisfaction Maintain accurate service records and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Follow all company safety policies, plumbing codes, and industry best practices Represent the company in a professional and positive manner Qualifications Current Plumbing Journeyman/Apprentice License required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in residential plumbing service and repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and drain/sewer systems Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to pass a background check What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Health insurance Dental insurance 401K — company matches 3% Paid vacation Paid holidays Gym membership Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Newer model van to drive home Flexible, friendly on-call schedule Why Join Us?
