Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, comply with local building codes, and meet our high standards of quality. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools to clear blockages and ensure proper flow Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites while adhering to all safety regulations Perform plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and adapting existing systems as needed Follow local building codes and safety standards diligently during all phases of work Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during each visit Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Proficiency with pipe threading, water systems, and plumbing system maintenance Experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, hand tools, and assembly tasks Knowledge of local building codes, mechanical principles, and construction site safety protocols Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Valid driver's license with experience operating a company vehicle Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving on-site Join our team as a Plumber Technician if you're ready to bring your construction plumbing expertise to life!
