We're committed to quality workmanship, transparent service, and taking care of our customers, and we're looking for an experienced plumber to join our team. We're seeking a Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work and enjoys working directly with homeowners. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, offer several solutions to "repair, replace or upgrade", and deliver a professional customer experience from their front door to "done". What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform service calls throughout the local service area Clearly explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions to homeowners Present repair and replacement options when appropriate Complete quality work while maintaining a professional customer experience Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong desire to help customers by following our proven process Willingness to learn new products and methods to help customers Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners Sales-minded and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience in HVAC or electrical is a plus, but not required ServiceTitan software experience is a plus ScheduleService Area Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM , with overtime available as needed No middle-of-the-night service calls
