In this role, you will assist with day-to-day plumbing maintenance throughout our Community. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on plumbing experience and learning the plumbing trade.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assist with unclogging toilets and drains. Replace toilet seals and perform basic plumbing repairs. Support plumbers with renovation and maintenance tasks. Transport tools and materials to job site. Qualifications Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and systems preferred. Previous maintenance or construction experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required. Prior renovation or residential service experience strongly preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow directions required. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently required. Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude required. Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills required. Must maintain a clean, neat appearance required. Must possess a good work ethic, dependability, flexibility and be punctual required. Experience is senior living is a plus.
