We are typically in the top 10% of total compensation in the area and provide uncapped opportunities to earn $150K+ in total compensation based on revenue and sales. Low on-call . What you'll be doing
    Diagnosing and Repairing Plumbing Systems:
    Accurately diagnose issues with toilets, pipes, sump pumps, wells, etc.
      Performing Regular Maintenance:
      Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing equipment to ensure optimal functioning and efficiency, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed.
      • Using ServiceTitan every day to record visits, present estimates to customers, and collect payment from customers.
      • Participate in an on-call rotation that is after hours and on weekends. Our rotation is once every 5 weeks.
      Providing Customer Service:
      Offer excellent customer service by clearly explaining technical issues to homeowners, advising them on maintenance practices, and answering any questions they may have about their plumbing systems. What we are looking for
      • At least 1 year of experience as a plumbing residential technician.
      • Experience using flat-rate and offering upfront estimates to customers.
      • Passion for your craft and the desire to be a part of a company that wants to be the best home services provider in the state.
      • Valid PA driver's license
      • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing
      • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
      • Problem-solving ability to make decisions under pressure to ensure client satisfaction.
      • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications (these are a bonus, not a requirement)
      • Experience with water treatment/water softeners.
      • Experience with tankless water heaters
      • Previously used ServiceTitan. We may not be a fit if:
      • You've only done new construction/bid work.
      • You aren't very comfortable with technology or using an ipad every day.
      You don't have to be a pro at it but you need to be willing to learn/use it.
      Pay:
      $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
