WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing service to homeowners while representing Len the Plumber with a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship. Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, installations, and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems accurately and efficiently Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Follow all safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures Accurately document work performed Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBERS

2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience (Apprentice, Journeyman, Residential Service Plumber, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications ServiceTitan experience is a

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus
