Multiple shifts available!- Overview We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to support the plumbing systems of a commercial facility that includes laboratory and office space.
- Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems throughout the facility Install, repair, and replace piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing components Support domestic water, sanitary, and process/laboratory plumbing systems Support plumbing needs for office spaces, laboratories, and facility equipment, including specialty lab drains, eyewash/safety showers, and RO/DI water systems Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment Test, maintain, and inspect backflow prevention devices Read and interpret plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical documents Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, plumbing codes, and company policies Coordinate with facilities, maintenance teams, and contractors as needed Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities Job Requirements•Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with commercial plumbing systems 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret plumbing diagrams and blueprints Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations Ability to work independently in a facility maintenance environment•Preferences Backflow Prevention Device Tester certification Experience working in laboratory, research, or technical facilities Experience performing preventative maintenance in commercial buildings•Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Life and Disability Insurance If you are a skilled Commercial Plumber looking for a stable, facility-based role where you can apply your expertise across office and laboratory environments, apply today.
