Plumber Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to constructing large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a plumber, you will work closely with a talented team of professionals, including electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers, to bring each project to life. Your role will involve reporting to the site location and starting work on these innovative projects. Responsibilities Follow blueprints to install PVC, PEX, copper, and cast iron pipes. Run hangers for pipes and work on mains, drains, and installing fixtures and finishes. Collaborate with a team to complete modular structures from start to finish. Essential Skills Proficiency in plumbing, pipefitting, PVC, PEX, copper, and cast iron. Experience with commercial construction and large-scale projects. Ability to install fixtures and hang pipes effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in plumbing offers higher pay. Experience in residential plumbing is also acceptable. Familiarity with carpentry, electrical, HVAC, piping, and mechanical installations. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work primarily on site, either inside a hanger or in the yard once the building is roughed in. Minimal travel is required, only if selected to go out to the project finish location to assemble the structure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
