Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and reliable Experienced Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential plumbing experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of plumbing issues independently. In this role, you will handle residential and light commercial service calls, providing high-quality repairs, installations, and maintenance for our customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional workmanship, communicates well with customers, and is committed to getting the job done right. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to scheduled service calls and emergency plumbing needs Diagnose, repair, and install faucets, fixtures, toilets, valves, and related plumbing components Service, repair, and install residential water heaters, including tank and tankless systems Diagnose, repair, and install well pumps and related well water systems Perform general plumbing repairs, including leaks, pipe replacement, drain cleaning, fixture installations, and water pressure issues Troubleshoot drainage, water supply, and plumbing system problems and determine the appropriate solution Read and interpret plumbing plans, construction drawings, and system specifications when required Inspect plumbing systems and provide customers with clear explanations and recommendations Communicate repair options and necessary work to customers in a professional and respectful manner Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience preferred Journeyman plumbing license preferred Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, well pumps, piping, and drainage systems Ability to accurately diagnose plumbing problems and determine effective solutions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans, construction drawings, and schematics Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or physically demanding spaces Ability to manage a daily service schedule and complete work efficiently If you are an experienced plumber who takes pride in your work, provides excellent customer service, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing team, we want to hear from you. $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
