Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings. Knowledge of plumbing codes, installation methods, and industry best practices Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to lift 75+ lbs. and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials You take pride in your work and care about quality You work hard for the customer's benefit You stay steady when plans change You pitch in, stay positive, and push forwardt Responsibilities Install commercial plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects. Interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings to complete jobs correctly Coordinate equipment and material orders to keep projects on schedule. Keep tasks and jobs moving while out on job sites Maintain licenses/certifications and complete required continuing education Keep take-home company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow all company processes and policies to maintain a safe work environment About Us Flow Mechanical is a small team with big standards.
