Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety standards. Your expertise will help deliver reliable water and drainage solutions that meet the high standards of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and contribute to the success of large-scale commercial developments. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Operate power tools, hand tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading machines, and other specialized equipment safely and effectively. Conduct drain cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment to ensure proper flow and prevent blockages. Perform plumbing inspections to identify issues early and recommend effective repair solutions. Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during all phases of work. Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Use company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while following all commercial driving regulations. Complete remodeling projects or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project goals. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for accountability and future reference. Experience Proven maintenance experience with a focus on commercial plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, and remodeling tasks. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and drain cleaning equipment. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and repair. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Experience working on construction sites with heavy lifting requirements and mechanical knowledge of water systems. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with safety standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues. Handyman experience or general construction background is a plus for versatile project support. Pay:
$30.70 - $39.38 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
