Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Complete preventative maintenance for customers Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to ensure timely solutions for the clients we serve. Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map the layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. Ensure all plumbing installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and maintain a safe work environment. Communicate clearly with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions, building trust and confidence. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used to ensure transparency and accountability in all projects. Able to use our CRM. Great customer service.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, patience and a can-do attitude Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces Experience in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and effectively. Master Plumber license preferred. Proven track record of completing preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction. Familiarity with working in occupied units. Ability to install and replace plumbing components with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers alike.
