Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber/Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing and mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction plumbing skills, mechanical knowledge, and handyman experience in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and within existing facilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment with precision and safety Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and mechanical systems to identify issues before they escalate Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while handling materials such as pipes, fittings, and equipment Assist with remodeling projects by providing carpentry support and assembly of fixtures or structures Troubleshoot systems related to plumbing or mechanical components to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols on construction sites and adhere to all OSHA standards for construction plumbing work Skills Strong knowledge of construction practices, including construction plumbing and site safety procedures Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and mechanical troubleshooting Experience with hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems, and basic math for measurements and calculations Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately for installation or repairs Familiarity with construction site experience, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks Mechanical aptitude combined with carpentry skills for versatile maintenance work Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transportation needs within job sites or between locations Join our team if you're passionate about building durable infrastructure while ensuring safety standards are met!
