$18.00 - $36.00 per hour Rotating 4-day work week schedule Take-home company truck (for qualified employees) Company fuel card Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonuses Tuition reimbursement and professional development assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Consistent year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment with strong leadership What You'll Do Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects Perform underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing work Install sanitary waste, vent, storm, domestic water, and gas piping systems Set fixtures, equipment, and trim components Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Lay out plumbing systems according to plans and code requirements Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety standards Ensure installations comply with local and state plumbing codes Qualifications Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience Commercial new construction experience strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout an entire shift Why Join Us?
