In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Your expertise will drive efficient project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Interpret construction drawings and schematics to plan pipe routing, fixture placement, and system integration effectively. Perform construction estimating tasks related to plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other specialized tools safely and efficiently. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Install and repair HVAC systems related to plumbing infrastructure when required. Read blueprints accurately to determine project scope and identify potential issues before work begins. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Assist in training junior team members or apprentices on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures. Experience Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive construction site experience in commercial or residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, HVAC integration, and mechanical systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other relevant tools. Familiarity with construction estimating processes related to plumbing projects. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics efficiently. Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving certification preferred for site travel requirements. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality workmanship.
