We are seeking a Licensed Master Plumber who is ready to step into a leadership role—someone who wants more than just another position. This is an opportunity to lead, build, and grow alongside a fast-scaling one-day bath company, with the potential to shape the entire plumbing and installation division. The Opportunity This role is for a licensed Master Plumber who will: Oversee and manage all plumbing aspects of our bath remodel installations Lead, train, and develop installation crews Ensure all work meets code, compliance, and quality standards Create scalable systems and processes for production excellence You will be the backbone of our installation quality and operational integrity .

Scope of Work Projects include:

Tub-to-shower conversions Shower-to-shower upgrades Tub replacements Walk-in showers Shower-to-tub conversions All projects are designed to be completed efficiently—many within a one-day installation model . Key Responsibilities Hold and maintain an active Master Plumbing License (NJ required) Pull permits and ensure full code compliance on all jobs Oversee and manage all plumbing installations and rough-ins Lead and manage installation crews (in-house and/or subcontractors) Recruit, train, and develop high-performing installers Establish and maintain installation standards and SOPs Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, production flow, and scaling operations Troubleshoot challenges in the field with confidence and professionalism Ensure an exceptional homeowner experience on every project Who You Are This role is for someone who: Takes pride in their craft and holds a high standard of excellence Is a natural leader who enjoys building and mentoring teams Is solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and highly accountable Has strong knowledge of NJ plumbing codes and compliance Wants to be part of building something meaningful—not just clocking in and out Is driven by both performance and purpose Requirements Active Master Plumbing License (New Jersey) - Required 5+ years of plumbing experience (bath remodel experience preferred) Experience leading crews and managing job sites Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and remodel workflows Ability to pull permits and manage inspections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Calm Water & Bath We are building a company differently.
