This position will be primarily focused on residential plumbing work , including service calls, repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and installations in customers' homes. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on plumbing experience and be comfortable working independently in a residential service environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, treats customers and their homes with respect, and can confidently diagnose plumbing problems and provide quality solutions. Responsibilities Perform primarily residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in customers' homes Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems Complete residential service calls efficiently and professionally Clearly communicate plumbing issues and recommended solutions to homeowners Maintain a clean work area and respect customers' homes and property Work independently while also collaborating with an experienced Master Plumber Continue developing plumbing knowledge and skills through hands-on mentorship Properly care for the company-provided truck, tools, and equipment Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety standards Be available for flexible scheduling when customer and business needs require Qualifications 4-7 years of professional plumbing experience Strong residential service and repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of plumbing work Willingness to work flexible hours when needed Desire to grow with the company and build a long-term career What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Company truck provided Master Plumbers License not required Hands-on mentorship from a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience Consistent residential work throughout the Charleston area Opportunity to further develop your technical and troubleshooting skills Opportunity for increased responsibility as the business grows Potential to become a key member of a growing local company A work environment that values quality, dependability, continued learning, and customer service We're looking for a plumber who already knows the trade but understands there is always more to learn.
