This role supports commercial new-build construction at an educational facility, performing plumbing work from underground rough-in through final trim. Ideal candidates are experienced commercial plumbers who can work independently, read blueprints, and complete high-quality installations safely and on schedule.

Project-Based Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour day shifts

Start Date:

ASAP SCOPE OF WORK

Install underground/below-slab plumbing for new construction
Perform rough-ins for DWV and water supply systems
Set fixtures and complete finish work to code and plan
Read and work from commercial plumbing blueprints
Support commercial new-build plumbing tasks as assigned
Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness throughout the project

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 6 years of experience required
Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
Must have own plumbing tools
Ability to install DWV, water supply piping, and set fixtures
Ability to read and interpret commercial blueprints
