What You'll Be Doing Running service calls in your own clean, stocked, branded company van Diagnosing plumbing issues and giving customers honest options to solve them Completing whole-home plumbing inspections — being proactive, not reactive Performing repairs, installs, and maintenance across residential and light commercial Communicating clearly with customers from hello to handshake Using HouseCall Pro on your company iPad to keep jobs flowing smooth What We're Looking For Plumbing experience preferred — but if you've got the right attitude, we'll train you. We've built techs from the ground up before Clean driving record and valid license (you'll be in a company truck) Able to lift 35+ lbs, work in tight spots, attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors Honest.
