Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose problems and execute repairs efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites while adhering to local driving laws and safety protocols. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety standards during all phases of work. Perform routine inspection of plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and addressing client questions professionally. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation or repair in residential or commercial environments. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of local building codes, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Experience with drain cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with water systems maintenance, sewer line repair, and system troubleshooting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate a variety of construction tools effectively. Previous construction site experience including remodeling or assembly projects preferred. Valid driver's license with experience operating a company vehicle or commercial driving license is advantageous. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects.
