Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties Install, repair, and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water lines, drain lines, and plumbing systems Perform service calls, maintenance, and plumbing inspections Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing schematics when necessary Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Complete job documentation and reports accurately Qualifications Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and repair techniques Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems efficiently Experience with water heater installations, repipes, fixture replacements, and service work preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must own and maintain basic plumbing hand tools Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
